“1+X”证书制度下药品生产技术专业课证融合实施路径研究

Study on the Implementation Path of Curriculum Certificate Integration of Pharmaceutical Production Technology Specialty under the"1+X"Certificate System

从2019年开始,国家在职业院校、应用型本科高校启动了"学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书"制度(简称"1+X"证书制度)试点工作。这几年,高职院校成了社会培养高素质技术技能型人才的第一主力军。当前,药品生产技术专业的技能鉴定证书急剧减少,用"1+X"证书制度鼓励学生积极取得多类职业技能等级证书,增强就业本领,缓解就业矛盾至关重要。通过分析现行背景下药品生产技术专业发展的特点,提出了实施"1+X"证书制度的有效路径。

Starting from 2019,the state has launched the pilot work of“diploma+several vocational skill level certificates”(referred to as“1+X”certificate system)in vocational colleges and applied undergraduate colleges.In recent years,higher vocational colleges have become the first main force to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.At present,the skill appraisal certificate of pharmaceutical production technology specialty is sharply reduced.It is very important to en⁃courage students to obtain various vocational skill level certificates with“1+X”certificate system,enhance employment ability and alleviate employment contradiction.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the development of pharmaceuti⁃cal production technology specialty under the current background,and puts forward the effective path of implementing the“1+X”certificate system for reference.
