中药肉桂对2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖及血脂影响的Meta分析 被引量:4

Meta-analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cinnamon on Fasting Blood Glucose and Blood Lipids in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的系统评价中药肉桂对2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖及血脂影响。方法从中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Medline、Cochrane等数据库,收集中药肉桂对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂影响的临床随机对照研究(RCT),检索时限为:建库-2020年4月。由2名研究者独立、严格按照纳排标准进行文献筛选、信息提取、质量评价,采用Review Manager 5.1软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入9个RCT,包括537例患者。Meta结果提示,肉桂降低空腹血糖[MD=-0.43,95%Cl(-0.62,-0.23),Z=4.19,P<0.0001],降低甘油三酯[MD=-0.24,95%Cl(-0.31,-0.16),Z=6.49,P<0.0001],降低胆固醇[MD=-0.23,95%Cl(-0.33,-0.14),Z=4.77,P<0.00001]方面均优于对照组。结论肉桂能改善患者血糖、血脂,其中肉桂改善血糖在使用8-16周起效,但考虑受纳入研究数量有限,上述结论仍需进一步开展更多高质量、大群体RCT研究验证。 Objective The purpose of this systematic review and network meta-analysis was to summarize the available evidence of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine cinnamon on fasting blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods We conducted the published literature of clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine cinnamon on blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes using CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, PubMed, Medline, Cochrane and other databases. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to April 2020. Two observers screened the abstracts for inclusion in the review and performed data extraction. Bias was assessed for each of the included studies using the bias assessment tables in the Cochrane Software Review Manager(version 5.1, Cochrane Collaboration). Results A total of 9 RCTs involving 537 patients met the inclusion criteria for this meta-analysis. Meta results suggest that the cinnamon treatment group was better than that of the control group in fasting blood glucose [MD=-0.43, 95%Cl(-0.62,-0.23), Z=4.19, P<0.0001], triglycerides [MD=-0.24, 95%Cl(-0.31),-0.16), Z=6.49, P<0.0001], and cholesterol [MD=-0.23, 95%Cl(-0.33,-0.14), Z=4.77, P<0.00001]. Conclusion Cinnamon can improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients. Among RCTs, cinnamon improves blood glucose in 8-16 weeks. However, due to the limitation of the number of included studies, the above conclusions need to be verified by more large-group, high-quality RCT studies.
