摘要
根据国内外装配式隧道技术发展现状发现,全预制装配式铁路隧道在国内尚无工程案例,其在实体工程中的应用尚在研究阶段,可供借鉴的经验不多。基于以上背景,本文主要依托星火枢纽工程铁科试车线全预制装配式明洞隧道施工,介绍了全预制拼装明洞隧道拱墙结构、仰拱结构及轨下结构预制块划分,分析了装配式隧道拼装施工难点,针对隧道环向节段划分重量差异大的特点,提出了"龙门吊+拼装台车"拼装方案,并给出了"真园矫正机+节段拼装机"拼装台车设计原理和构造,总结形成了龙门吊辅助吊装、拼装台车对接拼装工艺,以期对类似工程施工提供借鉴和思考。
According to the development status of prefabricated tunnel technology at home and abroad,there is no project case of prefabricated railway tunnel in China,its application in current engineering is still in the research stage,so there is not much experience for reference.Based on the above background and combined with the prefabricated open tunnel construction of the railway test line in Xinghuo hub project,the paper firstly introduced the arch wall structure,invert structure and the precast segment division of track substructure,and analyzed the difficulties of assembly process in prefabricated tunnel.Then,according to the characteristics of large weight difference in the annular segment of the tunnel,the paper proposed the assembly scheme of "gantry crane+assembly lining jumbo",and elaborated on the design principle and structure of the assembly lining jumbo composed of "Zhenyuan straightening machine and segment assembly machine".Finally,the paper summarized the following construction technology: "The gantry crane is used to assist hoisting and assembling lining jumbo is used to butt assembly".The paper can provide references and thoughts for similar engineering construction.
