超大型沉箱异步顶升、移运安装综合施工技术研究

摘要 沉箱是大型重力式码头中采用较多的结构,随着码头日益大型化、深水化,沉箱重量也是随之不断增大,大型沉箱的预制、顶升、移运及安装成为了制约重力式码头施工的系列关键技术。传统气囊顶升工艺受气囊性能和顶升工艺局限,适用范围受到很大限制,本文结合日照港岚山港区北作业区6#大宗散货泊位工程,研发了超高压气囊异步顶升、销孔法移运等新施工技术,为今后超大型结构的顶升和移运施工提供一种新思路。 Caisson is a structure mainly used in a large gravity wharf.As the wharf becomes larger and deeper,the weight of caisson is also increasing.The prefabrication,jacking,transport and installation of a large caisson have become a series of key technologies restricting the construction of gravity wharf.The use of traditional airbag jack-up technology is limited due to gasbag performance and jack-up technology.This is a research on some new construction technology such as the ultra-high pressure gasbag asynchronous jack-up,removing with pin hole,based on 6# bulk berth project in the north section of Rizhao port in Lanshan port district,providing a new way of thinking for jack-up and transport construction of super large structure in the future.
