摘要
2019年由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染引起的疾病在全球多个国家传播。研究发现除呼吸道症状外,多数SARS-CoV-2感染患者还出现了肝损伤。目前肝病学家普遍认为,病毒、药物及疾病过程中的炎症风暴、脏器缺血缺氧等因素均在此间扮演重要角色。本文就以上因素进行探讨及总结,以供临床参考。
The disease caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has been spreading in many countries around the world.Studies found that most patients had liver injury besides the respiratory symptoms.At present,hepatologists generally believe that viruses,drugs and complications in the process of inflammatory storm,organ ischemia and hypoxia,and other factors play important roles here.In this paper,we discuss and summarize the above factors for clinical reference.
