摘要
目的研究外周血染色体G显带550条带的制备方法及临床应用。方法对4例患者同时采用G显带400条带和550条带两种制备方法,并进行染色体核型分析。结果4例患者有2例400条带未检出异常,2例检出异常但无法明确定位;550条带均检出异常,且有明确定位。结论应用G显带550条带技术染色体可以提高染色体病诊断水平,为更多有生育需求患者提供明确诊断,为其指明今后治疗方向。
Objective To study the preparation method and clinical application of 550 G-banding for karyotyping of peripheral blood chromosomes.Methods Four patients were prepared with G-banding of 400 bands and 550 bands,and the karyotype was analyzed.Results There were 2 cases in 4 cases with 400 bands without abnormal detection,2 cases with abnormal detection but can not be clearly located,All of 4 cases with 550 bands were abnormal,and there was a clear location.Conclusion The application of 550 G-banding karyotyping can improve the diagnosis level of chromosome disease,provide clear diagnosis for more patients with fertility needs,and point out the direction of treatment in the future.
