摘要
采用超声提取辅助气质联用法测定鞋类材料中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)的残留量。该方法以甲醇为溶剂,在70℃下超声提取,然后进行气质联用仪分析,采用外标法定量。实验表明,在0.1~20 mg/L范围内,方法检出限为1.0 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为97%~103%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.44%(n=6)。该方法准确、重复性好,适合鞋类材料中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的残留量的测定。
Determination of N,N-Dimethyl Acetamide(DMAC)residues in footwearmaterials by GC-MS.The N,N-Dimethyl Acetamide in footwearmaterials was extracted at 70℃using methanol as the extraction solvent,and detected by GC-MS and quantifided by external standard method.Results show that in the range of 0.1-20 mg/L,the method detection limit of N,N-Dimethyl Acetamidewere 1 mg/kg,and the spiked average recoveries were 97%to 103%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.44%.The method is accurate and reproducible.This method was suitable for the determination of N,N-Dimethyl Acetamide residues in footwearmaterials.
