高等中医院校本科护生辨证施护能力指标体系的构建

Construction of index system of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in higher colleges of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:构建高等中医院校本科护生辨证施护能力指标体系,为本科护生辨证施护能力的培养以及考核评价提供参考依据。方法:成立研究小组,通过文献回顾及焦点访谈,初步构建高等中医院校本科护生辨证施护能力指标体系,选取20名中医护理相关领域专家20人进行两轮专家咨询。结果:2轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家的熟悉程度系数为0.945,判断依据系数为0.950,权威系数为0.948。最终构建的指标体系包括一级指标四诊运用、八纲辨证、病性辨证、脏腑辨证、辨证施察、辨证施术、辨证施药、辨证施食、辨证施情、辨证施养、辨证施教11项和二级指标49项。结论:构建的高等中医院校本科护生辨证施护能力指标体系具有较高的可靠性和科学性,可为高等中医院校本科护生辨证施护能力的培养和考核提供指导。

Objective:To construct index system of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in TCM colleges and universities was constructed,and to provide references for the cultivation and assessment of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods:Through setting up a research group and literature review and focus interview,the system of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in higher Chinese medicine colleges was preliminarily constructed.And then 20 experts in nursing-related fields of TCM were selected for taking two rounds of expert consultations.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were both 100%,Cs was 0.945,Ca was 0.950,and Cr was 0.948.The finally formed index system included 11 first-level indicators,which were application of four diagnostic methods,eight principal syndromes,syndrome differentiation of disease nature,syndrome differentiation of viscera,syndrome differentiation to observe,syndrome differentiation to apply technology,syndrome differentiation for medication,syndrome differentiation for diet,syndrome differentiation for emotion,syndrome differentiation to nurture,syndrome differentiation to educate,and 49 second-level indicators.Conclusion:The formed index system of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in higher colleges and universities of TCM,had high reliability and scientificity,which could provide guidances for the cultivation and assessment of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities of TCM.
