高职护生“1+X(老年照护)”培训参与意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis on participation willingness and influencing factors of"1+X(geriatric care)"training in higher vocational nursing students

目的:了解在“1+X”证书制度下高职护生老年照护职业技能培训参与意愿现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷、老年照护择业动机问卷、老年照护工作认知问卷对2611名高职护生进行调查。结果:2234名(85.56%)高职护生愿意参与老年照护职业技能培训,377名(14.44%)不愿意参与老年照护职业技能培训;二元Logistic回归分析显示,是否为独生子女、年级、小时候是否被老年人[例如(外)祖父母]照顾过、是否看好老年照护职业发展前景、是否认为老年照护技能等级证书重要、老年照护择业动机和老年照护工作认知是高职护生参与老年照护职业技能培训的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:影响高职护生参与老年照护职业技能培训意愿的因素较多,增强护生老年照护择业动机和老年照护工作认同感可以提高参与老年照护职业技能培训的积极性。

Objective:To understand the status quo of willingness of high vocational nursing students to participate in vocational skill training of geriatric care under the"1+X"certification system,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Totally 2611 high vocational nursing students were investigated using the general information questionnaire,the Questionnaire on Motivation of Career Choice in Elderly Care,Perception of Working with Older People.Results:2234(85.56%)high vocational nursing students were willing to participate in vocational skill training for geriatric care,and 377(14.44%)students were reluctant to participate in.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,whether it was an only child,grade,whether he was taken care of by the elderly(such as grandparents)when he was a child,whether he was optimistic about the career development prospects of geriatric care,whether he considered that the senior care skills grade certificate was important,the motivation of geriatric care career selection and the perception of geriatric care work were the main factors affecting willingness to participate in vocational skill training for geriatric care(P<0.05).Conclusions:There were many factors affecting higher vocational nursing students'willingness to participate in the vocational skill training for geriatric care.Enhancing the students'job selection motivation of elderly nursing care and the identification of elderly nursing work could increase the enthusiasm of participating in the vocational skills training of geriatric care.
