摘要
利用Ebsilon软件,对某300 MW供热空冷机组进行滑压优化模拟计算,提出基于主蒸汽流量的滑压优化曲线,在空冷供热机组背压或供热量发生较大变化时依然可以保证机组的经济运行。研究表明,与主汽压-功率曲线的滑压曲线优化方法相比,以主汽压-主蒸汽流量曲线来指导主汽压力值,热耗降低值可达13 kJ/(kW·h)。
This paper uses Ebsilon software to simulate and calculate the sliding pressure optimization of a 300 MW heating air-cooled unit,and proposes a sliding pressure optimization curve based on the main steam flow,which can still guarantee economic operation of the unit when the back pressure or heat supply of the air-cooled heating unit changes greatly.The research shows that compared with the optimization method of the sliding pressure curve of the main steam pressure-power curve,the main steam pressure-main steam flow curve is used to guide the main steam pressure value,and the heat consumption can be reduced by 13 kJ/(kW·h).
