油浸式紧凑型液压动力单元的测试系统设计

摘要 针对紧凑式液压泵站供电电压多样性、供电频率多样性及控制阀组多样性等问题,设计了油浸式紧凑型液压泵站试验台。以比例溢流阀组作为控制元件,以电流传感器、压力传感器和流量传感器组成反馈元件,应用液压原理分别给出了电动机负载特性、泵流量负载特性及泵站的功能测试方法。采用PLVC和PC机建立了测控系统,实现了测试系统的自动控制。结果表明,油浸紧凑式液压泵站试验台保证了产品质量,提高了检测效率,降低了工作强度和生产成本。 Aiming at the problems of power supply voltage diversity,power supply frequency diversity and control valve group diversity of compact hydraulic pumping stations,an oil-immersed compact hydraulic pumping station test bench is designed.The proportional relief valve group is used as the control element,and the feedback element is composed of current sensor,pressure sensor and flow sensor.Test methods are given for the motor load characteristics,pump flow load characteristics and the function test of the pump station using hydraulic principles.The measurement and control system is established with PLVC and PC,and the automatic control of the test system is realized.The results show that the oil-immersed compact hydraulic pump station test bench guarantees product quality,improves inspection efficiency,and reduces work intensity and production costs.
