摘要
利用数控机床在加工小量、多品种、相似度较高的零件时,传统的数控机床编程模式会消耗大量的时间,做很多相似、重复的动作。文中依据编程软件Surf Mill所提供的模板功能,以印章为例,详细介绍了小量、多品种、相似度较高零件的编程方法,从而提高此类零件的数控编程效率。
When using CNC machine tools to process small quantities,multiple varieties,and high similarity parts,the traditional CNC machine tool programming mode will consume a lot of time and do many similar and repetitive actions.Based on the template function provided by the programming software SurfMill,this paper takes the seal as an example to introduce the programming method of small,multi-variety,and relatively similar parts,so as to improve the efficiency of CNC programming of such parts.
