Analysis and Design of Wire Rope Hoisting Mechanism in Movable Balance Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer

通过对活动平衡式斗轮机钢丝绳卷扬系统的结构分析与受力分析,计算钢丝绳卷扬机构中减速机的速比和功率,计算钢丝绳、卷筒及滑轮的设计参数,再依据设计手册等资料提供的公式进行验证,从而为钢丝绳卷扬机构的部件选型及机构的研制提供必要的理论依据。

Through the structural analysis and stress analysis of the wire rope hoisting system of the movable balance bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,the speed ratio and power of the reducer in the wire rope hoisting mechanism are calculated,and the design parameters of the wire rope,roller and pulley are calculated.Then,the formula in the design manual is used for verification.The results provide necessary theoretical basis for the component selection and development of the wire rope hoisting mechanism.
