介绍了一种用于薄煤层采煤的ZY3300/08/17掩护式液压支架优化设计方案。经过优化设计,改进了抬底机构方案,增加了顶梁及掩护梁侧护板,并在顶梁前部加装护板,改进了原设备的不足之处,使该设备适应性更强,达到了正常、高效、安全生产的目的。

This paper introduces an optimized design scheme of ZY3300/08/17 shielded hydraulic support for thin coal mining.After optimizing the design,the scheme of the bottom lifting mechanism is improved,the top beam and the side guard plate of the shield beam are added,and the guard plate is installed in the front of the top beam,which improves the shortcomings of the original equipment and makes the equipment more adaptable.The goal of normal,efficient and safe production is achieved.
