摘要
目的:建立测定维生素D_(3)软胶囊中抗氧剂二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水、甲醇-乙醇(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为278 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量20μL。结果:BHT浓度在5.44~16.31μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r_(2)=0.9999,n=5);精密度、重复性、溶液稳定性试验的RSD均小于3%;平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.52%。结论:该方法简便、准确度高,可用于维生素D_(3)软胶囊中BHT的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the antioxidant dibutyl hydroxytoluene(BHT)in vitamin D_(3) soft capsules.Methods the chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 m),the mobile phase was methanol-water and methanol-ethanol(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 278 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 20μL.Results The linear range of BHT was 5.44~16.31μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9997,n=5).The quantitative limit and detection limit are respectively;The RSD of precision,repeatability and solution stability test were all less than 3%.The average recovery was 98.2%and RSD 1.13%.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible and accurate,and can be used for the determination of BHT in vitamin D_(3) soft capsule.
