针刺联合中药治疗痛风性关节炎的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Gouty Arthritis

目的:通过荟萃分析系统评价针刺联合中药治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术文献总库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)及万方数字化期刊库(WANFANG DATA)等数据库,并筛选自数据库建立至2020年8月的针刺联合中药治疗痛风性关节炎的RCT文献,通过Cochrane风险评价工具评估风险偏倚,使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果:共纳入7篇相关RCT文献,总样本量为500例,试验组253例,对照组247例。分析结果显示:针刺联合中药治疗痛风性关节炎的总有效率更高(OR=5.95,95%CI=[3.27,12.57],P<0.00001),在降低血尿酸方面具有一定的临床优势(MD=53.09,95%CI=[-71.95,-35.19,12.57]P<0.00001)。结论:针刺联合中药治疗痛风性关节炎比较纯西药治疗有一定的临床优势,但仍需大样本、更深层次的临床随机对照试验提供依据。

Objectives To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy about acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine of treating gouty arthritis.Methods Retrieve and screen literature with Databases such as PubMed,The Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,VIP and WANG FANG DATA by computer to find randomized controlled trials(RCT)of treating gouty arthritis with combined acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine(since the establishment of the databases to December August 2020).And using software RevMan 5.3 to assessed the risk of bias and analyzed the data.Results 7 RCT articles with 500 sample cases were included,including 253 experimental groups and 247 control groups.Meta-analysis showed that the acupuncture combined with herbs are more effective than western medicine(OR=5.95,95%CI=[3.27,12.57],P<0.00001),and has certain clinical advantages on reduce UA(MD=53.09,95%CI=[-71.95,-35.19,12.57]P<0.00001).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine have some advantages than western medicine alone on treating Gouty Arthritis,but it still needs amounts samples and deeper research to verify.
