王丽芬副教授认为闭合性痤疮的发生多由于患者肝气不疏,疏泄失常,邪郁肌表而发,结合该病发生的组织病理特点,治疗上主要采用疏肝行气、凉血解毒的原则,临床上用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗闭合性痤疮,卓有成效。
