摘要
航煤产品铜片腐蚀主要与某些活性硫化物和有机酸相关,这些活性硫化物主要包括元素硫、硫化氢、硫氢化铵、硫醇、硫的氧化物、磺酸和酸性磺酸酯等。另外,航煤产品中存在其他杂质,如碱性物质、氯化物等也能对铜片产生腐蚀。加氢精制后航煤原料中有机酸、硫醇和碱性物等基本脱除,但由于航煤原料中含有微量氮,加氢后能与硫、氯生成硫氢化铵和氯化铵。因此,影响航煤加氢铜片腐蚀主要杂质为硫化氢、硫氢化铵和氯化铵等,另外,航煤原料中环烷酸加氢后生成水,水的存在加速铜片腐蚀。
The corrosion of copper sheet of jet fuel products is mainly related to some active sulfides and organic acids.These active sulfides mainly include elemental sulfur,hydrogen sulfide,sulfur ammonium hydrogen,mercaptan,sulfur oxides,sulfonic acid and acid sulfonate and so on.In addition,there are other impurities in jet fuel products,such as alkaline substances,chloride and so on can also produce corrosion on copper sheet.After hydrorefining,organic acids mercaptan and alkaline substances in jet fuel are basically removed.However,trace nitrogen containing in raw material can produce sulfur ammonium hydrogen and ammonium chloride with sulfur and chlorine after hydrogenation.Therefore,the main impurities that affect the corrosion of jet fuel hydrogenated copper sheet are hydrogen sulfide,sulfur ammonium hydrogen and ammonium chloride,etc.In addition,Water will be generated after hydrogenation of naphthenic acid in jet fuel,and it will accelerate the corrosion of coppe sheet.
