思想政治教育思想引领效果不显著的困境与破解——以大学生积极人格为视角

Difficulties and Solutions of Unremarkable Effect of the Ideological Guidance in Political Education——Based on Positive Personalities of College Students

近年来,思想政治教育中所存在的思想引领效果不显著现象广受重视。因长期存在的对大学生自我实现动机发挥不彻底,积极情绪体验激发不重视,以及生态系统论指导下的积极育人环境尚未形成等原因,导致思想政治教育思想引领效果不显著。提高思想引领效果,需要将思想政治教育融入大学生积极人格培育,根据智慧、勇气、仁慈、公正、节制和卓越6大美德的价值导向,实现思想政治教育的超越性价值。同时要开展大学生积极人格识别工作,激发思想政治教育过程中的积极情绪体验,构建生态系统论指导下的积极育人系统,破解思想引领效果不显著的困境。

In recent years,it has become common wisdom that the effect of ideological guidance in ideological and political education on college students is rather a disappointing.This situation has been caused largely by the long-standing problems such as the incomplete function of students'self-actualization motivation,the ignoring of positive emotional experience,and the lack of a positive social environment based on the ecosystem theory.To improve the effect of ideological guidance,it is necessary to integrate ideological and political education into the cultivation of college students'positive personalities.We can realize the transcendental value of ideological and political education according to the value orientation of six virtues,such as wisdom,courage,kindness,justice,moderation and transcendence.At the same time,we should identify the positive personalities of college students,stimulate the positive emotional experience of them in the process of ideological and political teaching,and build an active social environment under the guidance of the ecosystem theory.
