无人机用弹射式消防灭火装置设计

摘要 针对目前消防无人机直接参与高层建筑火灾救援能力差的现状,面向小型无人机设计了一种弹射式消防灭火装置,主要对外挂灭火弹投射装置进行设计.介绍了系统整体结构组成,结合结构轻量化与机构简化思想,并通过三维数字化建模技术对该机构进行了优化与受力分析,提高了机构发射的准确率与可靠性.为无人机参与初期火灾控制与扑救提供一定实践参考. Aiming at the current situation that the ability of fire UAV to directly participate in high-rise building fire rescue is poor,an ejection fire extinguishing device is designed for small UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle).Mainly designs the projection device of external fire-fighting bomb.Introduces the overall structure of the system,combined with the idea of structural lightweight and mechanism simplification,and carries out the optimization and stress analysis of the mechanism through three-dimensional digital modeling technology,which improves the accuracy and reliability of the mechanism.It provides some practical reference for UAV to participate in initial fire control and fighting.
