On Ecological Awareness and Green Development of the“Two Mountains”Concept

15年前,习近平同志提出“绿水青山就是金山银山”的科学理念,以平实简洁的话语传达了他的生态觉悟与生态思想。实践证明,“两山”理念抓住新时代战略转型的核心;在哲学层面,它是对现代性方案的全面修葺,是对人与自然关系的反省,更是对世界的合理秩序、对人在世界中的地位、对人的行为和工具理性的反省。面对资源约束趋紧、环境污染严重、生态系统退化的严峻形势,我们必须全方位树立尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态理念,把生态文明建设放在突出地位。直面当前严峻的新冠肺炎疫情,既要加快从生态倒逼到生态自觉的转型,更要保持推进生态文明建设的战略定力;必须坚定不移奉行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,坚定不移推动以生态优先、绿色发展为导向的高质量发展。
