随着新一轮科技革命的蓄势待发,人们越来越意识到互联网技术对于人们生活和社会发展的重要性,但由于互联网技术自身的开放性与复杂性,网络空间的问题也在不断加深。正因如此,习近平总书记根据网络空间发展走向和人类社会发展趋势,提出了网络空间命运共同体的战略方针。但面对网络空间存在的诸多问题,如何建构网络空间命运共同体成为时代发展的新任务,并且这个新任务的解决已经超过了单一国家所能解决的能力。所以面对互联网时代全球的共同吁求,从构筑网络责任共同体入手打造网络利益共同体最后实现网络和谐共同体,每个过程都体现了网络空间的逐步深化与上升的共生逻辑,成功推动了网络空间命运共同体的建构。

In the face of many problems in cyberspace,how to construct a community of shared destiny in cyberspace has become a new task of the times,and the solution of this new task has exceeded the ability of a single country to solve.Therefore,in the face of the common appeal of the world in the Internet age,we should start from the construction of a community of network responsibility to build a community of network interests,and finally realize a harmonious network community.Each process reflects the symbiotic logic of gradual deepening and rising of cyberspace,and successfully promotes the construction of a community of shared destiny in cyberspace.
