原发传染性单核细胞增多症患儿血清sHLA-G水平与EBV-DNA载量的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨原发传染性单核细胞增多症患儿血清可溶性白细胞抗原G(sHLA-G)水平与EB病毒-脱氧核糖核酸(EBV-DNA)载量的相关性。方法选择2016年4月至2019年4月该院接诊的60例原发传染性单核细胞增多症患儿作为观察组,并选择同期该院健康体检儿童60例作为对照组,比较两组一般资料、血清sHLA-G水平、EBV-DNA载量、T淋巴细胞亚群,分析血清sHLA-G在原发传染性单核细胞增多症患儿中的意义。结果两组性别、年龄、身高、体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组血清sHLA-G水平和EBV-DNA载量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);T淋巴细胞亚群方面,观察组CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,血清sHLA-G水平与EBV-DNA载量之间呈正相关(r=0.483,P<0.05),与T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均无相关性(r=0.029、-0.022、0.017、-0.084,P>0.05)。结论血清sHLA-G水平在原发传染性单核细胞增多症患儿中明显升高,且和EBV-DNA载量具有相关性,但血清sHLA-G水平的升高并不是造成患儿免疫功能降低的直接因素。 Objective To study the correlation between serum soluble leukocyte antigen G(sHLA-G)and EB virus deoxyribonucleic acid(EBV-DNA)load in children patients with primary infectious mononucleosis.Methods Sixty children patients with primary infectious mononucleosis treated in this hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group,and contemporaneous 60 healthy children undergoing the healthy physical examination were selected as the control group.The general data,serum sHLA-G level,EBV-DNA load and T-lymphoid subsets were compared between the two groups,and the significance of serum sHLA-G level in children patients with primary infectious mononucleosis was analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the gender,age,height and body mass between the two groups(P>0.05);the serum sHLA-G level and EBV-DNA load in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);in the T lymphocyte subsets,the CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum sHLA-G level was positively correlated with EBV-DNA load(r=0.483,P<0.05)and had no correlation with T-lymphoid subsets CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(r=0.029,-0.022,0.017,-0.084,P>0.05).Conclusion The serum sHLA-G level is significantly increased in children patients with primary infectious mononucleosis,moreover has significant correlation with EBV-DNA load,but the increase of serum sHLA-G level is not the direct factor causing the decrease of immune function.
