HPLC测定天麻祛风补片中天麻素、哈巴苷和梓醇的含量

Determination of Gastrodin,Harpagide and Catalpol in Tianma Qufengbu Tablets by HPLC

目的建立测定天麻祛风补片中天麻素、哈巴苷和梓醇含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。方法色谱柱为Waters Spherisorb ODS-1(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为216 nm,柱温为25℃。结果梓醇、天麻素和哈巴苷线性范围分别为0.996~49.8μg/ml、0.484~24.2μg/ml和0.581~29.1μg/ml;平均回收率分别为100.09%,100.42%和100.50%,RSD分别为2.01%,2.37%和1.63%。结论此方法操作简单、重复性好、检测结果准确,可用于天麻祛风补片的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gastrodin,harpagide and catalpol in Tianma Qufengbu Tablets.Methods The chromatographic column was Waters Spherisorb ODS-1(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),using acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min as mobile phase for gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 216 nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear ranges of catalpol,gastrodin and harpagide were 0.996-49.8μg/ml,0.484-24.2μg/ml and 0.581-29.1μg/ml,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.09%,100.42%and 100.50%,with RSDs of 2.01%,2.37%and 1.63%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,repeatable and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Tianma Qufengbu Tablets.
