摘要
食品安全关系人民群众身体健康和生命安全,关系中华民族未来。党的十九大报告明确提出实施食品安全战略,让人民群众吃得放心。各地区各部门认真贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署,我国食品安全形势不断好转,但食品安全工作仍面临不少困难和挑战。本研究梳理了国内外餐饮业监管的基本情况,分析了我国餐饮业的新特点,总结了我国餐饮业存在的主要问题及原因。在此基础上,从企业主体责任、政府监管及社会共治等方面提出了改善我国餐饮业问题的建议。
Food safety is related to the health and safety of the people and the future of the Chinese nation.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the implementation of food safety strategy,so that the people can eat at ease.All regions and departments have conscientiously implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.The food safety situation in China is improving,but food safety still faces many difficulties and challenges.In this study,the basic situations of the supervision of catering industry at home and abroad are reviewed,the new characteristics of catering industry in China are analyzed,and the main problems and their causes of catering industry in China are also summarized.On this basis,suggestions for improving catering industry in China have been put forward from the aspects of subject responsibility of enterprises,government supervision and social governance.
