摘要
运动损伤无论是对专业运动员来说,还是对一些业余运动爱好者来说,对身体都是一种不可避免的伤害,在运动损伤康复中,一般更加倾向于正向运动的锻炼,往往忽视逆向运动。就天地有阴阳之分,运动也有正向运动和逆向运动之分。为了身体各个部分肌理的协调,以及运动损伤后的完美康复,逆向运动就显得非常重要。
Sports injury is an inevitable injury to our body,no matter for professional athletes or some amateur sports lovers.In the rehabilitation of sports injuries,we tend to exercise more in the for ward movement,often ignore the reverse movement.There are Yin and Yang in heaven and earth,and there are forward and reverse movements in motion.In order to coordinate and perfect the texture of each part of the body,as well as the perfect rehabilitation after sports injury,reverse movement is very important.
