暗示教学法运用于青少年蹦床训练的实践研究

摘要 随着我国教育事业的不断发展,蹦床训练也成为我国体育运动的科目之一,蹦床训练属于竞技运动,是体操运动中训练技巧的一种有效方式。为了我国体操运动的发展,在青少年蹦床训练的教学中进行改革和创新,增加了一种新型教学手段——暗示教学法。这种方式能够弥补传统蹦床训练的不足,提升青少年的蹦床技巧。该文针对如何在蹦床训练中融入暗示教学法进行研究与分析。 With the continuous development of education in China,trampoline training has also become one of the subjects of sports in China.Trampoline training is a competitive sport and is an effective way of training skills in gymnastics.F or the d evelopment o f gymnastics in o ur country,reforms and innovations have been made in t he teaching of t rampoline t raining for teenagers,a nd a new t ype of teaching method has been added-hint teaching method.This method can make up for the shortcomings of traditional trampoline training and improve the trampoline skil ls of young people.This ar ticle studies and analyzes how to incorporate hint teaching in trampoline training.
