关于辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设的思考

Thoughts on the Specialization and Professionalization of the Counselor Team

本文从加强辅导员队伍建设对民族复兴大业、落实立德树人根本任务、保障新时期大学生健康成长、维护高校稳定发展的作用和意义出发,对新时期辅导员队伍建设面临的困境和不利因素分析等方面进行了研究论证,并从辅导员职业化管理与晋升机制改革等方面对如何建设好辅导员队伍提出了可行性的建议。

In this paper,the role and significance of strengthening the construction of the counselor team in the great cause of national rejuvenation,fulfilling the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people,ensuring the healthy growth of college students in the new period,and maintaining the stable development of colleges and universities are discussed.This paper studied the difficulties and disadvantageous factors faced by the construction of the counselor team in the new period,and put forward some suggestions on how to construct a counselor team from the aspects of the reform of professionalization management and promotion mechanism.
