摘要
适度的、规律的运动与强大的免疫系统之间存在密切的关系,而运动作为一种特殊的体力活动又与日常膳食存在千丝万缕的关系。本文结合营养与运动的相关知识,对运动与免疫力的关系、运动中科学膳食的意义及如何实施运动中的科学膳食3个方面进行探究,切实助力国民身体素质、免疫力的提高。
There is a close relationship between moderate and regular exercise and a strong immune system.And exercise as a special physical activity is inextricably linked to daily diet.This article combines the knowledge of nutrition and exercise to explore the relationship between exercise and immunity,the significance of scientific diet in exercise,and how to implement scientific diet in exercise,so as to effectively help the improvement of national physical fitness and immunity.
