摘要
麻辣烫是街头小巷常见的小吃,本文分析了当前麻辣烫经营中存在的问题,并针对产生这些问题的原因,提出相应改善建议,为麻辣烫类街头小吃的持续健康发展提供一些参考。
Spicy hot pot is a common snack in the streets and alleys of cities.This article analyzes the current problems in the operation of spicy hot pot,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions for the causes of these problems,so as to provide some for the sustainable and healthy development of spicy hot pot type street snacks.
