药食两用的中药复合组合物对即时解酒保肝的作用研究

Study on the Effect of Medicinal and Food Dual-Purpose Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Composition on Instantaneous Alleviation of Alcohol and Liver Protection

目的:探讨一种药食两用原料组合物产品——"甘氧片",对小鼠的解酒作用及对醉酒小鼠肝脏功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠50%酒精灌胃,建立急性酒精中毒模型,观察醉酒行为学指标、摘眼球取血,分离血清测定肝功能、取肝脏测定肝脏中乙醇脱氢酶活性。结果:样品组为人体10倍和20倍剂量,与模型对照组相比较,在醉酒诱导时间和醒酒时间上都具显著性;肝功能指标:与正常组相比,给予醉酒诱导的模型组小鼠谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(T-BIL)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性均明显升高,表明对肝损伤模型建立。样品组10倍量和20倍量与模型组比较,ALT指标都显著降低(p<0.05、p<0.01);AST指标,样品组10倍量无显著性差异,20倍量显著低于模型组(p<0.05);T-BIL指标,样品组10倍和20倍量都显著低于模型组(p<0.01、p<0.05);ALP指标,样品组10倍量和20倍量都显著低于模型组(p<0.05,p<0.05)。肝脏乙醇脱氢酶活性:模型组与正常组差异无统计意义,与正常组比较,样品组10倍量无显著性差异,20倍量具显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:药食两用原料组合物产品——"甘氧片"具有显著的醒酒作用并对急性酒精中毒具有保肝作用。

Objective:To explore the anti-alcoholic effect of a kind of medicinal and edible raw material composition product"GanYang tablets"on mice and the effect on liver function of drunk mice.Methods:Gavage 50%alcohol in mice to establish an acute alcoholism model,observe the drunken behavior indicators,remove the eyeballs to take blood,separate the serum to determine liver function,and take the liver to determine the alcohol dehydrogenase activity in the liver.Results:The sample group was 10 times and 20 times the human dose.Compared with the model control group,it was significant in both the intoxication induction time and the sober time;liver function indicators:compared with the normal group,the model group induced by intoxication was smaller Murine alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(T-BIL)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activities all increased significantly,indicating that a liver injury model was established.Compared with the model group with 10 times and 20 times the amount of the sample group,the ALT index was significantly reduced(p<0.05,p<0.01);AST index,the 10 times amount of the sample group has no significant difference,and the 20 times amount is significantly lower than the model group(p<0.05);T-BIL index,the sample group’s 10-fold and 20-fold volume are significantly lower than the model group(p<0.01,p<0.05);ALP index,the sample group’s 10-fold and 20-fold volume are significantly lower In the model group(p<0.05,p<0.05).Liver alcohol dehydrogenase activity:The difference between the model group and the normal group is not statistically significant.Compared with the normal group,there is no significant difference in the 10-fold amount of the sample group,and the 20-fold amount has a significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:"GanYang Tablets",a combination of raw materials for medicine and food,has a significant sobering effect and has a hepatoprotective effect on acute alcoholism.
