摘要
本实验以细菌和霉菌为作用对象,通过测定苯乳酸(PLA)对细菌和霉菌最低抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度,以及PLA对菌体生物量和孢子萌发率的影响,比较了PLA的两种对映体D-PLA和L-PLA的抑菌活性。实验结果表明,D-PLA和L-PLA对所测菌的抑菌活性没有明显差别。
In this experiment,bacteria and molds were used as the object of action.By measuring the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of phenyllactic acid on bacteria and molds,and the effect of PLA on bacterial biomass and spore germination rate,the effects of PLA were compared the antibacterial activity of the two enantiomers D-PLA and L-PLA.The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between the antibacterial activity of D-PLA and L-PLA on the tested bacteria.
