头针配合经颅超声治疗仪联合语言训练治疗智力低下伴语言障碍患儿的临床研究

Clinical study of scalp acupuncture combined with transcranial ultrasound therapy and language training for children with mental retardation and language disorder

目的探讨头针配合经颅超声治疗仪联合语言训练在智力低下伴语言障碍患儿治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年6月1日至2019年12月31日收治的智力低下伴语言障碍患儿90例为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序将其分为观察组与对照1组、对照2组,各30例。对照1组采用传统的语言认知训练,对照2组在语言训练的基础上加用头针治疗,观察组在上述基础上,加用经颅超声治疗仪进行治疗,比较3组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后3组患儿的智力水平及语言功能均有改善,对照2组总有效率高于对照1组,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组1组及对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针配合经颅超声治疗仪联合语言训练在智力低下伴语言障碍患儿治疗中效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Scalp acupuncture with transcranial ultrasound therapy combined with language training in the treatment of children with mental retardation and language disorder.Methods Totally 90 children with mental retardation and language disorder who were admitted to our hospital from June 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into test group,control group 1 and control group 2,30 cases each.Control group 1 was treated with traditional language cognitive training,Control Group 2 was treated with scalp acupuncture on the basis of language training,and test group was additionally treated with transcranial ultrasound therapy.Results The intelligence level and language function of 3 groups were improved;the total effective rate of control group 2 was higher than that of control group 1,and the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2;all the differences were of statistical significance.Conclusion Scalp acupuncture with transcranial ultrasound therapy combined with language training is significantly effective in the treatment of children with mental retardation and language disorder.
