摘要 师德活动是师德规范与教师教育实践的"结合体",体现了师德的"实践性"特征。其基本逻辑是将师德制度全面渗透到常态化和主题式的活动中,通过对师德"主体性"的激发,推动教师开展基于师德活动的实践反思,以此帮助教师发展师德。师德活动从形式上看,可以分为:"榜样同行"的师德对话活动,闪烁着师德尊严与光辉的师德仪式活动,以"师德问题求解"为核心的师德研修活动,"关怀备至"的师德发展支持性活动,等等。为保证师德活动能够科学有效地开展,必须建立完善的承托机制,即构建师德共同体、建立系统的师德活动制度与机制、建设立体化的师德活动资源平台与支持体系。 Teacher ethics activities are the“combination”of teacher ethics system and teacher's education and teaching practice,which embodies the‘practical’characteristics of teacher ethics.Its basic logic is to fully infiltrate the system of teacher ethics into the normalized and thematic activities.Teacher ethics activities would prompt teachers to reflect on their teaching behavior and develop their ethics level by stimulating the‘subjectivity’of teacher ethics development,which could be divided into following forms:a)“keeping up with the model”teacher ethics activity,b)rituals in school which contains moral teacher ethics,c)teacher ethics research activities with"teacher ethics problem solving"as the core,d)activities that support to promote the development of teacher ethics.In order to ensure the effective and scientific development of teacher ethics,it is necessary to establish a sound supporting mechanism-teacher ethics community,a systematic teacher ethics activities system and mechanism,and a three-dimensional resource and support system of teacher ethics activities.
