摘要
探讨聚偏氟乙烯的制备工艺。采用熔融纺丝法制备了连续的聚偏氟乙烯纤维,测试了不同制备工艺下所制得的聚偏氟乙烯纤维的热学性能、微观形貌、结晶情况和力学性能,分析了纺丝工艺参数对于纤维晶态结构以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着纺丝牵伸倍数的增大,聚偏氟乙烯纤维由α相晶型逐渐转化为β相晶型,断裂强度呈现增大趋势,断裂伸长率则呈现先增大后减小的趋势。认为:较高的纺丝牵伸倍数有利于聚偏氟乙烯纤维β相晶型的形成。
The preparation technology of polyvinylidene fluoride was discussed.Melt spinning method was adopted to prepare continuous polyvinylidene fluoride fiber.The thermal property,microstructure,crystallization situation and mechanical property of the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber obtained from different preparation technology were tested.The influences of spinning process parameter on the fiber crystalform and mechanical property were analyzed.The test results showed that the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber was changed fromαphase crystal form toβphase crystal form as the increase of draft multiple in spinning.The breaking strength showed an increase trend and the breaking elongation showed firstly increase then decreased trend.It is considered that higher spinning draft multiple is beneficial to the formation ofβphase crystal form for polyvinylidene fluoride fiber.
