摘要
探讨无醛磷氮阻燃剂的合成条件及其应用于亚麻织物的阻燃效果。以亚磷酸二乙酯和三聚氯氰为原料,通过改变亚磷酸二乙酯与三聚氯氰摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等条件,制得系列无醛磷氮阻燃剂,并用于亚麻织物的阻燃整理,以整理织物的损毁长度为指标优选反应条件。对最佳条件下合成的阻燃剂进行热重分析和X射线衍射分析。试验表明:最佳合成条件为亚磷酸二乙酯与三聚氯氰摩尔比2.1∶1,反应温度70℃,反应时间7 h。认为:最佳条件下合成出的阻燃剂整理亚麻织物具有较好的阻燃性能。
Synthesis condition of formaldehyde-free phosphorus nitrogen flame retardant agent and its flame retardant effect when applied on linen fabric were discussed.Diethyl phosphite and cyanuric chloride were taken as raw material,by changing molar ratio of diethyl phosphite to cyanuric chloride,reaction temperature,reaction time and other conditions,a series of formaldehyde-free phosphorus nitrogen flame retardant agents were prepared and used for flame retardant finishing of linen fabrics.Reaction conditions were optimized based on damage length of the finished fabric.Thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis were performed on the flame retardant agent synthesized under optimal condition.The test showed that the best synthesis conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of diethyl phosphite to cyanuric chloride was 2.1∶1,reaction temperature was 70℃and the reaction time was 7 h.It is considered that linen fabric finished by flame retardant agent synthesized under the best condition has better flame retardant property.
