摘要
探讨单轮盘式低扭矩纺纱技术的应用效果。简述了低扭矩纺纱的现状和单轮盘式假捻装置的特点,将单轮盘式低扭矩纺纱的主要质量指标与传统环锭纺纱的主要质量指标进行了对比分析。提出了应用单轮盘式低扭矩纺纱应该注意的主要问题,建议进一步研究影响假捻效率的因素。认为:使用单轮盘式低扭矩纺纱技术纺制低捻超柔纱,简便可行,效果理想,但目前纺制的品种局限于纯棉纱线,应加大研发力度,开发非纯棉纱线,特别是新型纤维纱线。
Application effect of single wheel low-torque spinning technology was discussed.Status of low-torque spinning and characteristic of single wheel false twisting device were briefly described.The main yarn quality indexes of single wheel low-torque spinning and traditional ring spinning were compared and analyzed.The main problems that should be paid attention to when applying single wheel low-torque spinning were put forward.It was recommended to further study factors that affect false twist efficiency.It is considered that using single wheel lowtorque spinning technology to spin low twist super soft yarn is simple and feasible,the effect is ideal.However,the current spinning varieties are limited to pure cotton yarn,research and development effort should be increased to develop non-pure cotton yarns,especially new fiber yarn.
