探讨抗菌保暖包芯包缠复合纱的生产要点。根据原料性能,制定了前纺生产流程,介绍了包芯包缠复合纱纺制中的关键工艺,如长丝喂入位置、芯丝含量、长丝退绕张力、长丝牵伸倍数、长丝装置等的选择。指出:采用导丝辊式+吊锭式装置生产包芯包缠复合纱具有较好优势。认为:利用功能性纤维和新型纺纱技术能生产出更多种类的符合使用要求的功能性纺织品。

Production key points of antibacterial thermal insulation core-wrapped composite yarn were discussed.According to property of raw material,fore-spinning production process was formulated.Key technology in the spinning of core-wrapped composite yarn were introduced,such as filament feeding position,core filament content,filament unwinding tension,filament draft multiple and selection of filament device.It was pointed out that the use of godet roller type and suspended spindle device to produce core-wrapped composite yarn has better advantages.It is considered that the using functional fiber and new spinning technology can produce more types of functional textiles that meet requirements of use.
