老年脑卒中患者心理一致感与应对方式的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of the elderly stroke patients'sense of psychological coherence and coping style

目的了解老年脑卒中患者心理一致感和应对方式现状,并探讨两者间的关系。方法选取2019年8—12月河北省人民医院神经内科住院治疗的285例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象。采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、心理一致感量表和医学应对方式问卷,对其开展调研。结果285例老年脑卒中患者心理一致感得分为63.37±15.79分;三种应对方式中,面对者163例(57.19%),回避者101例(35.44%),屈服者21例(7.37%);老年脑卒中患者心理一致感总分及其各维度评分与面对呈正相关(r=0.531~0.636,P<0.05),与回避、屈服呈负相关(r=-0.628~-0.496,P<0.05)。结论老年脑卒中患者心理一致感总体处于中等水平,患者大多采取面对和回避两种应对方式;心理一致感水平越高的老年患者其应对方式越积极,因此医护工作者可依据患者的心理一致感水平,采取针对性的护理措施,从而提高患者应对疾病的能力。

Objective To understand the elderly stroke patients'sense of psychological coherence and coping style and find out the relationships between two factors.Method To select 285 elderly stroke patients admitted in Hebei provincial people's hospital neurology department from August to December 2019 as the study object,by taking the self-designed general situation questionnaire,sense of coherence scale(SOC-13)and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)to conduct the research.Result The 285 elderly strok patients'sense of coherence scale score was 63.37±15.79 ponit.Among the three coping styles,163 cases were confronted.(57.19%),101 cases were avoided(35.44%),21 cases were surrendered(7.37%).The total score of psychological coherence and the scores of various dimensions in elderly stroke patients were positively correlated with the dimensions of face(r=0.531~0.636,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the dimensions of avoidance and surrend(r=-0.628~-0.496,P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly stroke patients generally had a low level of psychological coherence,and most of them adopted two coping style:face and avoid.The higher the level of psychological congruence,the more active the coping style of elderly patients.Therefore,medical staffs should take targeted nursing measures according to the level of psychological coherence,so as to improve the ability of patients to cope with the disease.
