T型井深层钻井成本简化评估方法及应用

A Simplified Evaluation Method and the Application of Cost Prediction in Deep T-type Well Drilling

T型钻井作为一种新型钻井技术,在特定的条件下可以应用在油田开发中,且T型井还有节约总进尺,分支布置灵活等优势,在油田调整阶段,用T型井代替普通侧钻井是一种开发思路。在此情况下,钻井成本是评价T型井是否适用的关键因素之一。文章基于对常规侧钻井与T型井钻井费用构成问题研究的基础上,对海上T型井深层钻井成本评估方法进行简化,形成一种T型井深层钻井成本评估方法,并将其成果应用于T型井的成本适用性评估中,辅助钻井决策。研究结果表明:通过模型简化,将成本分析项目模块化,更易于操作,对前期设计和钻井决策有指导意义;T型井深层钻井耗时较长,但费用方面仍有优势,在海上深层钻井中有应用前景。

As a new drilling technology,T-type drilling can be applied in oilfield development under specific conditions.Moreover,T-shaped well has the advantages of saving total footage.In the adjustment stage of oilfield development,it is a good idea to replace conventional sidetracking mode with T-shaped well.In this case,drilling cost is one of the key factors to evaluate the applicability of T-type well.Based on the study of the cost composition of conventional sidetracking and T-type well drilling,this paper simplifies the cost evaluation method for deep drilling of offshore T-type well,and forms a cost evaluation method for deep T-type well drilling.And the results are applied to the cost applicability evaluation of T-type well to assist drilling decision.The results show that:the cost analysis project is modularized,which is easier to operate and has guiding significance for the preliminary design and drilling decision;the deep drilling of T-type well takes a long time,but it still has advantages in cost,so it has application prospect in offshore deep drilling.
