摘要
分光光度法是仪器分析的重要组成部分,分光光度计也是化工企业常见的分析仪器,因其具有灵敏度高、仪器设备简单、操作简便、快速等优点,因而应用非常广泛。在分光光度法的教学中,采取理论与实操相结合的教学模式,让学生在掌握分光光度法原理、分光光度计结构的基础上能熟练使用722型分光光度计,并能根据实验结果绘制工作曲线,进行数据处理。
Spectrophotometry is an important part of instrumental analysis.Spectrophotometer is also a common analytical instrument in chemical enterprises.It is widely used because of its high sensitivity,simple equipment,simple operation and rapidity.In the teaching of spectrophotometry,the paper adopt the teaching mode of combining theory with practice,so that students can skillfully use 722 spectrophotometer on the basis of mastering the principle of spectrophotometry and the structure of spectrophotometer,and can draw working curves and process data according to the experimental results.
