洗染行业清洁生产评价指标体系的对比分析及应用

Comparative Analysis and Application of Cleaner Production Evaluation IndexSystem in Washing and Dyeing Industry

清洁生产标准在指导企业进行清洁生产审核时正发挥着越来越重要的作用。对于洗染行业,目前已颁布的清洁生产标准包括《洗染业清洁生产评价指标体系》和《清洁生产评价指标体系洗衣业》。文章首先将上述两项清洁生产标准进行了对比分析,并分别运用于某洗染企业进行综合评价,结果表明,两项标准均可有效指导洗染企业开展清洁生产审核,且《洗染业清洁生产评价指标体系》能更好的地指导企业深层次挖掘清洁生产潜力,实施技术改造。

Cleaner production standards are playing a more and more important role in guiding enterprises to carry out cleaner production audit.For Washing and dyeing industry,the standards of cleaner production have been issued,including“assessment index system of cleaner production in washing and dyeing industry”and“assessment index system of cleaner production,laundry industry”.In this paper,the above two standards of cleaner production were compared and analyzed,and were applied to a washing and dyeing enterprise for comprehensive evaluation.The results show that both standards can effectively guide the washing and dyeing enterprise to carry out cleaner production audit,moreover,the assessment index system of cleaner production in washing and dyeing industry can better guide enterprises to tap the potential of cleaner production and carry out technological transformation.
