摘要
在开展煤炭发热量测定工作时,可以很明显发现其规范性要求较高、对测量精准度也提出了较高要求。在此过程中所使用的各项设备相对较为复杂,如果未对其中某个因素进行严格控制和管理,将会直接影响到最终的测定结果。就目前工作形势来看,不同企业中所使用的检测方法不同,尽管是同一种煤炭发热量的检测工作,但最终结果也会出现较为明显的差异。为此,文章在综合了相关调查和研究之后完成,根据现阶段工作中所使用的测定依据和相关要求进行分析,找出影响煤炭发热量测定准确性的因素,并提出相关解决对策,希望文章的发表可以对相关工作人员产生一定启示,从而进一步提升煤炭发热量测定结果的准确性。
In carrying out the measurement of calorific value of coal,it is obvious that it has high requirements for standardization and accuracy.The equipment used in this process is relatively complex,if one of the factors is not strictly controlled and managed,it will directly affect the final determination results.According to the current work situation,different enterprises use different detection methods.Although it is the same kind of coal calorific value detection work,the final results will also show more obvious differences.To this end,this article is completed after a comprehensive survey and research,according to the measurement basis and relevant requirements used in the work at this stage to analyze,find out the factors that affect the accuracy of coal calorific value measurement,and put forward relevant countermeasures,hoping that the calorific value of this article can have some enlightenment to the relevant staff,so as to further improve the coal calorific value measurement accuracy of the results.
