摘要
油气生产开发中固井水泥环的封固质量直接影响后续产能的建设,为保证固井屏障具有优良的封堵效果,固井作业施工中高效的顶替效率是先决条件,故需弄清固井施工中各工作液在顶替施工中流动规律,根据流动规律对相关的工艺参数及技术指标进行调整。文章利用计算流体力学软件Fluent,对钻井液和水泥浆顶替情况的数值模拟,弄清了水平井在不同偏心度、顶替流速、密度差与顶替效率的关系;同时模拟出了固井作业中井筒工作流体的性能对顶替效率影响规律。
In the oil and gas production and development,the sealing quality of the cement ring directly affects the subsequent production capacity.In order to ensure that the wellbore of the oil and gas well has a good sealing effect,it is a necessary prerequisite to ensure the efficiency of cement injection displacement.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the drilling fluid and the drilling fluid during the cement injection process.According to the flow law of cement slurry in the process of displacement,the relevant process parameters and technical indicators should be adjusted according to the law.This paper uses computational fluid dynamics software Fluent to numerically simulate the displacement of drilling fluid and cement slurry,and clarify the relationship between different eccentricity,displacement flow rate,density difference and displacement efficiency in horizontal wells.Simultaneously,the influence of the performance of the wellbore working fluid on the displacement efficiency in cementing operations is simulated.
