针对煤气化装置配套磨煤机长时间运行后,内部辊套、拉杆、导向板、拉杆密封、分离器及磨盘瓦等均严重的磨损的问题,为保证磨煤机具有良好的运行性能,特对其检修作业并针对检修过程中发现的问题及时更新相关部件。经此次大修后,磨机试机运行效果良好,磨机的震动及噪音有较大的改善,延长了磨机易磨损部件的使用寿命。
