摘要
针对催化裂化装置液化气产品中丙烯收率较低的情况,考察了装置的进料配比、增产丙烯助剂、反应条件、外来回炼物料等工艺条件对产品中丙烯收率的影响,通过优化对应的操作参数,提高了装置的丙烯收率及应对产品市场变化的灵活性,改善了装置的运行效益。
In view of the low yield of propylene in the LPG product of the FCC unit,the effects of feed ratio,cocatalyst for maximum propylene production,reaction conditions and external feed for refining on the yield of propylene in the product were investigated.By optimizing the corresponding operation parameters,the yield of propylene and the flexibility to cope with the product market changes were increased,and the operation benefit of the unit was improved.
