炼油化工催化重整工艺技术措施

摘要 炼油化工产业中,催化重整是提高93#汽油质量、生产其他石油有机化工原料的重要技术措施。催化重整工艺流程也是石油炼油化工产业中最常见的工艺流程。炼油化工生产中,催化重整的产物是轻质燃油和重质燃油,包括汽油、煤油、轻柴油、重柴油、锅炉专用燃料等。催化重整工艺过程中,催化剂是推动石油中烃类物质结构重排的关键力量,预分馏、预加氢、重整反应、催化剂再生等环节是降低生产负荷,提高产物品质的重要环节,也是降低炼油化工工艺生产成本的有利手段。且随着我国环境保护相关法规逐渐严格,催化重整装置作为一种提高产物质量的技术,也是提高炼油企业核心竞争力的关键。文章从炼油化工催化重整工艺入手,分析并探讨催化重整工艺技术的具体应用过程。 In the refining and chemical industry,catalytic reforming is an important technical measure to improve the quality of 93#gasoline and produce other organic chemical feedstocks.Catalytic reforming process is also the most common process in petroleum refining and chemical industry.The products of catalytic reforming are light fuel oil and heavy fuel oil,including gasoline,kerosene,light diesel oil,heavy diesel oil and special fuel for boiler.In the process of catalytic reforming,the catalyst is the key force to promote the structural rearrangement of hydrocarbons in petroleum.The links of pre-fractionation,pre-hydrogenation,reforming reaction and catalyst regeneration are the important links to reduce the production load and improve the product quality,which are also a powerful means to reduce the production cost of refining and chemical process.As China’s environmental protection laws and regulations become more and more strict,catalytic reforming unit,as a technology to improve product quality,is also the key to improve the core competitiveness of oil refining enterprises.Starting with the catalytic reforming process of petrochemical industry,this paper analyzes and discusses the specific application process of catalytic reforming technology,hoping to provide some ideas and references for improving the quantity and quality of petrochemical products.
