石油天然气管道工程HSE信息化管理的实践

随着中国社会经济的快速发展,能源的使用需求日益增长,中国石油天然气管道工程致力于原油与天然气的输送管道建设,石油天然气管道建设较为复杂、具有一定风险。当下伴随着我国信息化技术的进步,在石油天然气管道工程中为了保护员工和公众的健康与安全,环境保护也是一项重要的核心价值观、维护一个全面的安全环境,提出了利用HSE信息化管理进行远程监管的方法,基于此文章将对石油天然气管道工程HSE信息化管理实践方法进行深入研究。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the increasing demand for energy,China’s oil and gas pipeline project is committed to the construction of crude oil and natural gas transmission pipeline,the construction of oil and gas pipeline is complicated and has certain risks.With the development of information technology in China,environmental protection is also an important core value and a comprehensive safety environment in order to protect the health and safety of employees and the public in the oil and gas pipeline project,the method of remote supervision with HSE information management is put forward.Based on this,the practical method of HSE information management in oil and gas pipeline engineering is studied in this paper.
