浸润式临床思维训练平台在内科护理学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨浸润式临床思维训练平台在内科护理学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年9月—2020年1月山东中医药大学护理学专业2016级、2017级两个班级为研究对象,2016级为对照组(50名),采用传统教学方法;2017级为实验组(48名),在对照组的基础上采用山东中医药大学引进的DxR Nursing SELECT临床思维训练系统和高端模拟人相结合的浸润式临床思维训练平台进行授课。通过理论考核、实践技能成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维和满意度比较两组的教学效果。结果实验组的理论考核、实践技能成绩、自主学习能力和批判性思维能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组中≥75%的学生对浸润式临床思维训练平台表示认可。结论浸润式临床思维训练平台在内科护理学中的应用能有效提高学生的批判性思维能力,创造探究式学习氛围,调动学生自主学习积极性,有利于内科护理学教学效果的提高。 Objective To explore the application effect of immersive clinical thinking training platform in internal nursing.Methods Two classes of Grade 2016 and Grade 2017,majoring in nursing of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to January 2020,were randomly selected as the research objects.The class of Grade 2016 was the control group(50 students),and the traditional teaching method was adopted.The class of Grade 2017 was the experimental group(48 students).On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was taught by the immersive clinical thinking training platform introduced by Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which was the combination of DxR Nursing SELECT clinical thinking training system and high-end simulators.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared through theoretical assessment,practical skill achievement,autonomous learning ability,critical thinking and satisfaction.Results The scores of theoretical assessment,practical skills,autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition,more than 75%of students in the experimental group approved the immersive clinical thinking training platform.Conclusion The application of immersive clinical thinking training platform in internal nursing can effectively improve students’critical thinking ability,create an inquiry-based learning atmosphere,mobilize students’initiative in independent learning,and is conducive to improving the teaching effect of internal nursing.
