长针平刺内关、微火针点刺膻中等穴结合慢心律片治疗室性心律失常的临床研究

Clinical study of long needle stabbing nèiguān and slight fire needle pricking dànzhōng and other acupoints combined with Mexiletine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias

目的观察长针平刺内关、微火针点刺膻中等穴结合慢心律片治疗室性心律失常的效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月就诊于河北省三河市医院的80例室性心律失常患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用长针平刺内关、微火针点刺膻中等穴结合慢心律片治疗,对照组采用口服慢心律片和稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后P-R间期、QRS时限、血清脑钠肽(BNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和疗效。结果治疗后,两组P-R间期、QRS时限均长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清BNP、cTnI水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长针平刺内关、微火针点刺膻中等穴结合慢心律片治疗室性心律失常,在心电图及实验室检查方面均可以证实其疗效,效果比较明显。

Objective To observe the effect of long needle stabbing nèiguān and slight fire needle pricking dànzhōng and other acupoints combined with Mexiletine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias.Methods Eighty patients with ventricular arrhythmia in Sanhe Hospital of Hebei Province from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with long needle stabbing nèiguān and slight fire needle pricking dànzhōng and other acupoints and Mexiletine Hydrochloride Tablets,control group was treated with oral administration of Mexiletine Hydrochloride Tablets and Wenxin Granules.P-R interval,QRS duration,serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)before and after treatment and curative effect were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,P-R interval and QRS duration of two groups were longer than those before treatment,and observation group was longer than that control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum BNP and cTnI levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than that control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long needle stabbing nèiguān and slight fire needle pricking dànzhōng and other acupoints combined with Mexiletine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias can prove their efficacy in terms of electrocardiogram and laboratory examination,and the effect is relatively obvious.
